Mindfulness based Contemplative Psychotherapy

The mindfulness inspired sessions may feel like a safe place to explore ones innermost emotional states and thoughts. Held in a compassionate and kind atmosphere, one is able to open up and explore the nature of ones strifes. Prescriptions of meditation practices to establish an inner connection are encouraged. Buddhist philosophy and wisdom fuels the process, but is in no way a preaching session or religious.

Sitting in awareness therapeutic group

Join my sitting in awareness group, where we experiment with the healing properties of pure, non-judgemental awareness on negative experiences and emotions. This is group work, so holding an atmosphere of trust and engagement is crucial. If you are interested please get in touch as spaces are offered based on the readiness of participants.

Just “BE” Community Meditation Project

This project endeavours to make meditation accessible and a valuable part of everyones life. Based on a donation, pay what you can basis, these group sessions are held fortnightly and are intended to help anyone wanting to try meditation and wanting to self heal.
